Here is an idea of what the Yankees Opening Day Roster will look like along with starting rotation and opening day lineup.  First I will sort by position and the lineup will be at the end.

This is 24 players.  As you know the MLB Roster size is 25 for opening day.  I expect that the last slot will either be filled by another backup INF or bullpen spot.  Currently, they only have Cody Ransom to backup SS/2B/3B.

3 - Alex Rodriguez - 3B
4 - Mark Teixeria - 1B
5 - Jorge Posado - C
6 - Hideki Matsui - DH

9 - Brett Gardner - CF

This of course is subject to any change due to free agency.  It will be interesting to see how close my prediction is to reality.
